Paper Foundation Pieced Pattern
This quilt pattern is a wonderful way to use a selection of Asian-style fabrics! Paper foundation piecing makes a kimono, lantern, fan or origami crane in 3" or 6" squares. Also includes a 2" small fan foundation used in the corners of the pillows.
Recently updated, this pattern includes basic paper foundation piecing instructions, master foundation papers, all fabric requirements for 5 projects, plus pillow finishing instructions.

A Playful Orient
This quilt is done with the smaller (3") blocks and the kimonos are cut so they are tilted (instructions included in the pattern). You can't see it well in the photo, but the sashing is quilted with bamboo shapes, freehand!
