We take great care in shipping your order correctly via US first class or priority mail. Shipping details.
If you do not receive your order, there is a mistake in the order or any damages,
please contact us via email.
If the pattern is not what you expected, we ask that you return it within 30 days of the date of the order. Please contact us if you have a question or concern with this.
If you find an error in any of the patterns, we'd appreciate hearing it via email. Be sure and be specific as to which pattern and what page. We'll try and correct it. We make every effort to assure that the pattern is correct, including consumer testing every pattern before publishing, but are not responsible for any results due to errors or typos.
Please note: as a designer of these patterns, I ask that you do not photocopy or otherwise reproduce the pattern for anyone else's usage. We try and keep our pattern prices low so this will not be necessary.
Remember, we hold the copyright on these patterns. However, if you'd like to make a bunch of purses or stockings to sell, you are welcome to it! I consider the sewing and crafting of these designs to be part of the process of creation and you are entitled to create and sell all you'd like!
